World Sushi in Los Alcázares was one of the best dining experiences we've had in a long time. From the quality of the sushi to the attention of the staff, everything was impeccable. 📍 Location and Ambience – 8.5/10 The restaurant has a modern and welcoming design, with a layout that allows you to see the chef preparing the sushi live. This detail adds transparency and reinforces confidence in the freshness of the ingredients. However, parking in the area is difficult, which can be a drawback if you arrive during rush hour. 🍽️ Food – 10/10 All the dishes we tried were delicious and beautifully presented. The quality of the ingredients, especially the fish, was evident from the first bite. • 🥟 Gyozas: Perfectly golden on the outside and juicy on the inside, with an ideal balance between filling and dough. The accompanying sauce complemented the flavors very well. • 🍔 Bao bread: Fluffy with a well-spiced and flavorful filling. The blend of textures between the meat and the softness of the bread made it one of our favorite dishes. • 🍣 Assorted sushi: We tried both nigiri and rolls, and they were all spectacular. A highlight was the tuna, as the chef explained that the pieces were made with tuna belly, which gave it an incredible flavor and texture. The rice was perfectly cooked, without excess moisture or stickiness, and the combination of ingredients in the rolls was very well balanced. • 🍰 Mochi dessert: A perfect ending to the dinner. The careful presentation and fresh flavor made us feel excellent. 👨‍🍳 Service – 10/10 One of the restaurant's highlights. The waitress was very attentive and friendly, explaining the dishes in detail and ensuring we had a good experience. Additionally, at the end of the meal, we were able to chat for a while with the chef, who explained details about the ingredients and sushi preparation, which greatly enhanced the experience. ⏳ Waiting Time – 8.5/10 While there was a bit of a wait before receiving the first courses, it was completely understandable given the level of preparation and freshness of the ingredients. It was worth the wait. 💰 Value for Money – 9.5/10 For the quality of the sushi and the service we received, the price seemed more than fair. This isn't your typical chain sushi restaurant; here you can clearly see the craftsmanship and care put into each dish. ⭐ Conclusion If you're looking for authentic sushi, with fresh ingredients and prepared with great technique, World Sushi is a safe bet in Los Alcázares. We ordered a tasting menu. I'm celiac, and they treated me super well. I had gluten-free soy, and they told me what I could and couldn't eat. Everyone was lovely. We'll go back before the holidays are over, and next year, of course. We're back again this year. And again!!! Everything was spectacular. We usually go twice during the holidays.

Excellent service, lovely staff, and unparalleled food, offering authentic homemade sushi accompanied by fresh, non-industrial wasabi and ginger. It's a magnificent experience, with completely fresh and magnificent flavors and ingredients.

It is a quiet and cozy place, the sushi is very good, the waitress who served us was very friendly, we had a very good dinner. I recommend the tuna flambé, it was spectacular 👌

The truth is that we were very surprised by this place. They recently opened and we went with zero expectations and the truth is that we loved everything. The food was exquisite. It is a more traditional sushi but with a lot of flavor. Another aspect to highlight was the service, which was impeccable. A place to quietly enjoy good Asian food. The food is spectacular, the ingredients are excellent, and the dishes are tastefully served and decorated. The miso soup was very good. I would highlight the bao bun, which was a great discovery. The sushi was delicious. You shouldn't leave without trying their Manchego cheese Coolant; I'm sure you'll love it. Summary: The food was excellent, the place was quiet, very clean, with simple decor, but very cozy thanks to its good lighting. The staff was very attentive, and the chef was very friendly and kind. The Manchego cheese dessert is a must-try at this place. Highly recommended. Dinner price, including dishes shown in photos (drinks: beer and water): €58

A place I highly recommend. We love sushi, and this place, apart from its quality, has an explosion of flavors. We tried the yakisoba, which was very good. And we ordered uramaki tartar and Beach (this one was very different; the pineapple gave it a sweet touch), flambéed salmon, and tempura ebi. They were all very good, but for us, the uramaki tartar was the best. We will definitely go back. If I had to find a fault, it's that the food took a while; if the service had been a little faster, it would have been better. Everything else was perfect.
